How people work now has changed a lot due to the pandemic. On average in the world 50% of working-age adults continued to work normally, in the health care sector 61% of people continued to work as usual. As a result of the crisis 9% of people in the world lost their jobs compared to 3% in healthcare. The results of the REBR survey also show that 26% of people had a fear of losing their job, in healthcare sector this was 20%. When people have a fear to lose their job the possibility that they will change their job is three times more higher than usual.

TOP 5 reasons for choosing the employer are mostly the same among working-age adults worldwide. While the financial well-being of a company is very important in the health care sector, an opportunity to advance in one's career (49%) was instead represented in the global TOP 5.
