"Once again, this statistics confirms what is happening in the labor market - it is difficult to find suitable candidates for the company, there is a lot of pressure on salaries and in fact a good salary number is no longer enough to keep employees loyal or attract them to your company. Many companies try to find employees themselves but at some point they still need the help of a staffing company. As there are so many vacancies, candidates have the opportunity to choose and submit conditions, if the company can offer a pleasant working environment and other benefits and flexibility in addition to a good salary number, they will have a greater opportunity to hire a motivated employee.” Tatjana Süvaorg ANCOR Business Development Manager
